CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS
Being the heart of Air pollution control equipments, Centrifugal blowers are used to create necessary air volume and pressure constantly and are being used in various applications. These blowers are custom-built tailor made products with different orientations and drive arrangements.
CYCLONE DUST COLLECTORS
Cyclone dust collectors are efficient and economical to capture coarse dust particles of upto 10 micron and are generally used as pre-collectors. We manufacture high efficiency spiral Cyclone dust collectors, 2D2D Cyclones and pressure shock resistant cyclones for pneumatic conveying applications.
PULSE JET BAG FILTERS
Pulse-Jet Bag filters are excellent dust collectors having collection efficiency of 99.99% down to the particle size of 1 micron. Sub-micron range of particles can also be captured with Pleated catridge filters typically used in pharma applications. Our bag filters are equipped with modular construction design enabling series of modules being transported and installed with ease. Bag-filters are best dry collectors available in the market with low operating pressure drop.
HYDRO-STATIC WET SCRUBBER
ENVIROSCRUBB, a Hydro-Static Wet precipitator is an excellent alternative to Electro-Static Precipitator to handle heavy dusts with ease. It is highly advanced Wet precipitation scrubber and operates without spray nozzles, water circulation pumps therefore avoiding downtime and ensuring constant collection efficiencies. It provides added advantage by reducing outlet flue-gas temperature and therefore is most efficient dust collector for Husk fired/coal fired Boilers. It has the ability to capture even sub-micron range of particles at low differential pressure drop of 6-12″ wg. It is also equipped with automatic sludge ejector drive for continuos discharge of sludge leading to minimal water requirement.
FA-N-SCRUBBER
Being a Exhauster, Scrubber and fire barrier, FA-N-Scrubber is an excellent and unique Wet Scrubber fan capable of handling sticky dust, grease with ease. It is and excellent option for kitchen grease and acts as a fire barrier. The constant water curtain ensures constant collection efficiency and results in continuos cleaning of impeller.
